Here at Ryman, great customer service begins with the little things, like taking the time to really listen to you and your family’s needs, to learn your story. The Reader’s Digest Quality Service Award is presented to the retirement village operator that Kiwis believe best demonstrates excellent customer service. We’ve received the gold medal eight times. However, awards aside, excellent customer service is something we strive for regardless.
Trusted Brand Award
The aim of the Most Trusted Brand awards is to identify the brands Kiwis recognise and trust the most. Since 2014, Ryman has been repeatedly named the Most Trusted Brand in the aged care and retirement village category.
While this is an accolade we are very proud of, providing villages that you continually trust to call home is what we’re most proud of.
