Your bathroom has received the same class treatment, a level-entry shower and fixtures and fittings are modern yet timeless. Plus, we've ensured that the space has a clever design layout to make personal grooming a cinch.

yOUR WEEKLY FEE
To retire with confidence, you need financial clarity. We're transparent about our costs, so you know exactly what you're paying and what you'll receive in return. You can choose between fixed weekly fees or indexed weekly fees set at the time you move in and linked to the annual increase in superannuation in New Zealand.
Your weekly fee for independent living covers:
Maintenance
- rates, water rates, and building insurance
- gardening and ground maintenance
- maintaining and operating the community amenities
- exterior maintenance of your apartment, including inside and outside window cleaning
Services
- call bells monitored 24 hours a day by our on-site staff
- village management and administration
- scheduled transport services and outings
Lifestyle
- social time at our weekly Happy Hour
- our Engage activities program, including musical entertainment, fashion shows, arts and crafts, and regular outings
