Domestic and Family Violence resources
Family and Domestic Violence has increased significantly this year in homes across New Zealand and Australia. At Ryman we are committed to doing all that we reasonably can to support any of our team members who might be experiencing family and domestic violence.
We have put together a pack of essential items for any team member who is experiencing family and domestic violence and who might need to leave home suddenly without any personal items. These packs are available from your Manager.
We also have a variety of support available for team members including:
- Family and Domestic violence leave
- Professional support, guidance and counselling
- Flexible work options
If you are experiencing family and domestic violence, but are unsure about the first steps to take, please speak to your manager or the HR Team. Alternatively, if you wish to speak to someone confidentially you can contact the Confidential Feedback line – phone (NZ) 0800 838 919, (AU) 1800 945 186 or email confidential@rymanhealthcare.com
We are here to help you, please talk to us so that we can support you.
